First I cut out the skate board and pasted it on a separate layer. Then I used a couple filters to make the original image look grainy and in black and white. I then cut out and duplicated the persons head. On the layer with the skateboard I used a filter to make the board glow. Lastly, I deleted the background.

This is a parody of Nike shoes. I just used the stereotype that many African Americans wear Nike.....And another stereotype.
